I moved to Colorado Springs after completing my pediatric residency at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, just outside of New York City. Prior to that, I attended medical school in Parker, Colorado at Rocky Vista University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. Pediatric primary care is my passion because I love being able to watch children grow and support their families along the way.
I was so happy to return home and be close to family and the mountains again. When I’m not seeing patients, I enjoy hiking, yoga, running and eating at new restaurants. I love dogs and have two at home. - Office Location Pediatric Specialists

We LOVE Dr. Brickell! We finally feel like we are heading in the right direction in addressing our daughter's gross motor delays after not having the right support for too long. We are grateful for her level of concern, knowledge, and coordination of care for our little girl.

Dr. Brickell is AMAZING!! She is so kind and is genuinely interested in what her patients are saying. She pays attention to the whole person. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Brickwell was very rude and showed no compassion. I meet with her as my childrens' doctor was working at another clinic helping with COVID, so I made an appointment to discuss [omitted] horrible sleeping problem. She started out with saying [omitted]is very developmental delayed which I don't agree with. When I filled out the ASE, I was lacking ALOT of sleep and I know I didn't fill it out correctly. She then kept recommending daycare even after I said my children don't need and won't be going to daycare as I am an at home mom. I informed her it was going on the second straight month where [omitted]hasn't been sleeping for more the 2 hours at a time and her recommendation was to tell my husband, that works all day and travels to Castle Rock for work, that I needed to tell him that the whole house won't be getting any sleep for the next 2 weeks as we try to sleep train. She was negative about everything I've been doing as a parent and had rude comments with every statement. If this would of been a newborn wellness check, I would of not of came back to this clinic because of this doctor. I absolutely love Dr. Rob Jensen and his nurse Dory, they are my children' regular doctor and we will continue to see them but I will never see Dr. Brickwell again and would not recommend her to anyone I know. Dr. Jensen I refer all the time. Dr. Brickwell had me in tears and she continued to try and degrade me as a parent. [omitted]is my second so this isn't my first go around but I do understand every child is different. In my personal opinion, Dr. Brickwell shouldn't be working with children with her demeanor and lack of parental experience.

Basically scolded me for bringing my son in during pandemic. And gave me a hard time about getting a note for work.

I was told about the antibiotic she will prescribe but I was not told about medicines I was using at home if I needed to keep using it or not (cold & cough, Tylenol). I just used common sense at home.
