I’ve wanted to be a ‘kid’s doctor’ since I was young, and now I’m lucky enough to have my dream job! I grew up in Mesa, Arizona and completed medical school and residency in Texas. It was my honor to serve in the United States Air Force and while stationed at the Air Force Academy, my family and I fell in love with Colorado Springs and decided to call it home. I love kids and my wife would agree I am just a big kid at heart. I believe that optimal care for each child is achieved through a partnership of trust between an empathetic physician and a child’s family. I love seeing my patients smile as they improve from their pains and illnesses. I have experience in a pediatric urgent care setting and love helping my patients with their acute illnesses as well as their chronic medical needs. After spending my day caring for my awesome patients, there’s nothing I look forward to more than coming home and spending time with my wife, Colette, and our three energetic kids, Micah, Andrew and Noelle. Together with family and friends, I love being outdoors, fishing, skiing, scuba diving, traveling, watching movies (especially Avengers and Star Wars movies), playing video games with my boys, eating ice cream and cheering on the BYU Cougars.
